Hi!
I love playing sports in nature and I'm passionate for cinema, photograpy, comics, visual arts and storytelling in general. I daily meditate and do yoga. I'm convinced that self awareness is the only answer to the problems that afflict umanity. Therefore I teach (gladly, and I learn), I make movies (short ones till now), I'm interested in my city cultural life, but I try to get away during weekends. During holidays, if there aren't projects in progress, I love travelling, speaking foreign languages, knowing about different cultures and exploring the world in different ways: bike, ski, kayak, train, motorbike... Car is ok too, but just if used in moderation. In my opinion, there are too many of them, especially in italian cities. It intrigues me to know new persons, different points of view!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ride a bike from Cuneo to Copenhagen, I circumnavigare three islands in Croatia by kayak, I make many Vipassana retreats, I spent some periods with sciamans in Mexico and Colombia.
