About Me
Hey there! I’m Davide, a 20-year-old guy from Italy who loves exploring the world without spending a dime (or almost!). Traveling to me isn’t just about seeing new places, it’s about meeting people, hearing their stories, and sharing mine. I’ve recently started a YouTube channel where I share my zero-budget adventures, hoping to inspire anyone to get out and see the world without waiting for ‘the right time.’ I’m all about turning each meeting into a new chapter, so… why not write it together? (I’m also a good at cooking Italian dishes so…😉)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I truly believe the best way to discover a place is to experience it with someone who actually lives there. I’ve always traveled with the goal of diving into local culture, and Couchsurfing is perfect for people like me who think the most unforgettable moments aren’t in guidebooks but in shared meals, laughs, and spontaneous adventures. And, yeah, traveling on a shoestring, every bit of help makes a difference!

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music, I’m mostly into American rap and trap—those beats are definitely my vibe! But I’m open to all kinds of sounds, honestly. I believe every type of music has its own beauty, so I’m always up for discovering something new. And dancing? Yes, please! Whether it’s a chill night or a full-on dance floor, I’m ready to move. My favorite movie is Interstellar, and I’m a huge fan of Christopher Nolan’s films—they really get you thinking. Books aren’t my everyday thing, but I recently read one about lateral thinking. Not gonna lie, it was challenging, but also really interesting!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve traveled to different countries, living 24 hours without money, exploring, and meeting amazing people who made it all possible. One of the best experiences was in Cork, where I dove into the real Irish pub scene with zero budget, made new friends, and, yes, Guinness tastes better when someone else buys it for you! Each no-budget trip reminds me that the world is full of kind people ready to lend a hand.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’d love to teach anything I know about traveling on a budget, creating videos, and photography tricks—if you’re into storytelling and content creation, I’m here for it! I’m always eager to learn about local cultures, different ways of seeing the world, and any skill or perspective someone is willing to share. And I’d love to share some good laughs, stories from my journeys, and maybe some of my favorite music. Let’s make this an experience worth remembering!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer tons of travel stories and tips on how to live epic adventures on the cheap! If you’re up for laughs and genuine convos, we’re all set. I can also make a video or take some cool photos for you since I always have my gear on me. And, of course, if you’ve got travel stories, dreams, or life tales to share, I’m all ears!
