When I travel, what I love to do is to discover places liked by people live in, spiritual traditions, landscapes and typical food... with food I can learn about history and lifestyle of a country…

After some years as commercial director I decided to quit this job, even if I do love marketing and sales.
Currently I am studying breathing techniques and meditation in order to develop my potential and, at the same time, help people to achieve their inner peace and achieve their goals 😊

I decided in few hours to accept a job offer and moving from Milan to a small villages of 4 thousand people in the remote countryside of Sicily!!!

When I travel I usually plan daybyday, is the best way to enjoy the present moment!!! In India was very difficult, I will share with you why 😂
