ABOUT ME

Hi Folks!
My name is Davide, an italian/panaminian student in International Macroeconomics. I will study my last year in Paris, but I also studied in London this year. I studied in my home town (Verona) for two years and I spent the third one in Dublin as erasmus student.

In the future I have to admit that I do not have a clear idea, but I do have two basic certainty: I will not go back in Italy before 30 years old and I will travel as much as I can before I will be old. :)

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now I had three couchsurfing experience.

The first one in Amsterdam in April 2013. The best way to meet local and friendly people.

The second one in Glasgow. I had to take fly back in Dublin the next morning, so I took the chance to spend some time doing couchsurfing. There I have repayed my gratitude cooking a typical Italian lunch.

The third one in Munich because at that time I was planning to study in Germany. In the end I have changed my mind.

Intereses

My interest are very broad.
Some are related with my academic interests like international politics and international relations.

However my real passions are completely different. Above all literature, because I'm really passionate of classical literature (everything from the 19th century to the beat Generation). Other than literature, cinema (Woody Allen, Hitchcock, Scorsese, Tarantino, Leone), different kind of cousine and of course to travel.

I will say my favourites:
Best movies by the director: Woody Allen, Hitchcock, Tarantino, Monicelli, Leone, Scorsese.
Best music: In general I love traditional national music like: Django Reinhardt, edit Piaf, dubliners, paco de Lucia, Astor piazzola, Beatles.
Best books: Crime and punishment, all the books from Conan Doyle, Italo Calvino, Kafka, Thomas Mann, Hemingway, Fitzgerald.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I've been to the cliffs of moher, and I saw the ocean from 214 meters.
For me was the first time that I saw it.

In Portugal I swam in the ocean and I entered inside of an oceanic cave. Very dangerous but it worth.

I can share my willingness to travel and my passions: cooking, going out, talking about literature travels and cinema.
