ABOUT ME

I think I'm a quite, reliable, and friendly person. I work as a sociologist at different universities (I meanly deal with the sociology of sport). Once I used to think that we can "save the world", now that I've grown up I've becamed more realistic and modest, but I still like to think that we can contribute to our reciprocal wellbeing...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I've discovered CS from the internet and some friends' stories, I've immediately thaught that it would have represented a chance to enlarge my view and meet many interesting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We (my girlfriend and I) are new to CS and haven't had the chance to surf so far, but we've just hosted our first guests and it's been a really nice experience, therefore we hope to start very soon to surf as well, thus getting to know new interesting people!

Interests

I like football, both playing (at amateurial level, 'till my ageing body allows it!), watching and "teaching" (I used to be a youth coach). I'm especially interested in the social aspects of sport, as you can notice from my job. I like good food, I enjoy having dinner and chatting with friends. I like live music, mainly acoustic performances, especially in quite and small pubs where you can sit close to the performers and share the intimate atmosphere with the other spectators. I also like going to the cinema, and sometimes to the theatre (mainly to see funny comedies).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A wonderful and romantic sunset that my girfriend and I have admired from the top of the Bolonia's sand dune in the Andalusian coast. Besids this: every smile and hug I receive from my three nephiews is a deeply moving moment!
