About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To kitesurf in as many places as possible and meet new friends along the way.

ABOUT ME

I am ecclectic.
I like to read, cook, kitesurf, ride motorcycles, volunteer, smile and sing in the shower and talk in my sleep.

The number one love of my life...is my passion to travel and kitesurf. Number two is great food. And three, well...honestly, beautiful people who like to smile and are contagiously happy.

PHILOSOPHY

To each their own...work hard and play harder...good things come to good people...KARMA!

We make our own happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Stayed on 1 in Orlando.
Stayed at great families in Hood River Oregon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This will take some thinking...theres so many great things that come to mind.

Get back to me.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I've learned...I will now share with you.

* Quit your job if you need to, lol.

Ok seriously now.

1) Perspective - You dont know, what you dont know.
We are creatures of habit. People tend to move in certain circles and rarely exist outside of their comfort zones. The more you travel, meet people, try new things, the more you expose yourself to new ideas and ways of doing things. This will only make you more adaptable, smarter, stronger.

2) Love - you get what you give.
Some things in life are free...dont waste your time paying for it then.
You must first love yourself before you can truly love and appreciate another. Dont confuse love for sex. Sex can be great, it is also dangerous. Great sex usually comes from deeper connections, more intimate relationships. Enough about that. You'll learn
Back to love. Love yourself, love your life and love those around you. Its very easy if you 1) work in a field where you like what you do and are appreciated. 2) live in a safe/nurturing environment 3) have good people as friends and around you.
If you dont...you are the only one to change your circumstance...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

3) DO things that scare you.
It relates back to your comfort zone. We tend to ignore, avoid, procrastinate over things we dont like to do or scare us. If you dont do them, you'll never get better or understand maybe why you should be doing something different. Once you're out doing new things you'll learn and grow as a person.
Dont be worried about what other people say or think, they're usually the wrong ones you're worried about. Be safe, and always obide by the law, some can be bent, but be safe.

4) Dont judge
Its hard, i do it sometimes too. But, if you judge someone from one experience you're missing out on who/what they really are. We all have bad days or deeper reasons why we might do, say, or act a certain way. Keep an open mind and realize...this person could have just be diagnosed with some thing fatal, lost their job, lost a loved one, or been hurt before.

5)Forgive
We are all human, we all make mistakes.
Forgive yourself...then you can forgive others.
Take a deep breath...exhale. Start again.
