ABOUT ME

Weeell, what should I write? Hate all those descriptions, but have to admit my account looks poor without them. My name is David, I love traveling and meeting people, love both cooking and eating, they say I´m a really good musician (although I´m not really sure about it)...if you wanna know something else, don´t hesitate and ask me...and yeah, very good friend of mine labeled me as a "hardcore hippie."

PHILOSOPHY

Respect. Especially my favourite football team. (some turkish friends of mine have got some problems to abide by this rule)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: It´s hard to say...like star wars, wild west movies (Once upon a time in west)...
Music: Especially jazz; Ray Charles, John Coltrane, Miles David, Count Basie, Janis Joplin and numbers of others...
Books: Well, I do study literature, so it´s kinda impossible to say only a few books...Love Shakespeare, Bulgakow, Kundera, Ivan Slavík...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let me tell you a short story...During my hitchhiking trip to Paris I did sprain my ankle. It wasn´t that bad, but I wasn´t able to walk more than 10 Km a day. And it´s a big deal for a hitchhiker. Yet I met a Lithuanian guy on a gas station, he was a medical student, hitchhiker, pilgrim on his way to Santiago de Compostela. He gave me some painkillers, tore his bag apart and bandaged my ankle.
I know it isn´t that much, but in that moment I was thinking to myself, the mankind wasn´t that bad at all.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to play sax, clarinette, oboe, flute...
I want to learn languages, especially german and english...I´m very ungifted, but still want to learn it :-)
