About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make it to my next coffee fix/find intravenous caffeine delivery system.

ABOUT ME

Grew up on a small farm in rural Oregon, invested in a sampler platter of universities before finally earning majors in English & Business, and finally found a job as a TM analyst/consultant.

Love to write and hope to finally write something marketable, but it's a work in progress ;-)

PHILOSOPHY

Treasure the awkward moment, they make the greatest stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Would love to host any couch surfers. Hope to travel a bit more, squat some couches, and meet new folks.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to CS...but looking forward to adding some stories.

Interests

Interested by pretty much everything: literature, politics, economics, and other mostly useless subjects :D

I'm trying my hand at writing now and it's a ton of fun; don't have any expectations...

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic on all counts and interests tend to vary with moods: tend to devour too much of one thing all at once, rotating between documentary binges, to random author obsessions, to whatever comedy appears on hulu or netflix.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working on a political campaign was a ton of fun and eye opening: learned a lot about American politics.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a dabbler: know a lot about random things, so I can always try to contribute a bit of knowledge...I can also do a little baking too: cookies, pastries, breads, and snackie treats, they're all a lot of fun to make.

If all else fails, don't mind donating my back for a bit a labor, so if you finally want to finish that painting project, find your house/apt.'s wind-water by moving around furniture ;-), or fix that leaky faucet, I'll lend a hand.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Israel, Mexico

Countries I’ve Lived In

Japan, United States
