About Me
CURRENT MISSION
finishing the 2nd draft of my novel, traveling through Europe for a month (october), making new friends.
ABOUT ME
I'm into world-building, creating fictional cosmologies. Almost everywhere I go I think about a counter-narrative to explain the location. I'm writing a novel about that right now. I mostly made paintings before I started writing, and I'll return to that when I have a good location work on them again. I also shoot videos and short films, and like editing a lot, and i'll start a longer one pretty soon.
PHILOSOPHY
The only things that comes to mind right now are that I try to be as honest as possible, and I also try to get through life without hurting people, as much as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Do I "participate"? I'm not really that involved in many group endeavors, beside socially I guess, although I hope to get more involved collaboratively through making films.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None officially, I mean not through this site. But I've spent the last few months in NYC couchsurfing with friends and relatives in order to save money for my trip in october. And I've also had plenty of people stay with me at my apartment (when I had one), but again, just through people I knew, not through this site. When people stay with me I try to give them the amount of space they seem to want. Some people want to make friends and hang out, and others just want a place to sleep while they do their own thing. I think that their both valid ways of doing things. As for what I want? I'm looking to meet people.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movie is Ingmar Bergman's Fanny & Alexander. I'm really into the full range of film, from cinema to trash.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Anytime I see the results of a natural disaster (hurricanes) its pretty amazing and awe-inspiring. And I'd say the desert in Arizona is the most amazing landscape I've visited. It can be so alien.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't think many of my skills, like mixing paint colors or constructing a sentence, would be very helpful during couchsurfing, but maybe.
