ABOUT ME

Ok, let's get more detailed. I grew up in Kronberg, which is a small but cute little town near Frankfurt. My mom had a house there and I lived there (until I finished high school) together with my mom / brother and dog (I love dogs!)My dad emmigrated to Mauritius - you can find a couch there as well - he's registered, too (Look for Gerry Shark). After high school I went to Mannheim and studied international business administration for 3 years. I enjoyed it although it was quite stressful sometimes but I never regret it, since it gave me 4 beautiful months living in the heart of Finnland and 3 months living in norhtern Spain, directly on the beach. After graduation I got a job in the Daimler Bus Sales dept. in Stuttgart and 4 years ago changed to supervise a cool project management team of 16 people in Mannheim / Ulm. After seven years I got the chance to deep dive into operations area, started out as a project manager and am now managing a production line with 180 people. Right now I live nearby Mannheim. I love to enjoy life, even though I work quite some hours, but it is positive stress, so it is ok. I love to meet new people and my dream is to surf couches around the world for a year, experiencing all the different cultures from an insiders point of view. Generally speaking, I am open minded, easy going, curious to meet and experience new cultures and languages, flexible, spontaneous (very!) and I love music and dancing, especially Salsa.

How I participate? By giving nice people a good time in Mannheim and the surrounding area and trying to meet great people abroad to have a good time together with them.

So far, only good ones - met some crazy people, but they were always nice. You should really trust this site, it is sooo awesome.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Highlights: Planting Rice in the middle of nowhere in China, driving around on a frozen lake in Finland, visiting San Fermines in Pamplona and see the bulls run, climbing up an active volcano in La Reunion (that broke out 3 days before!), diving in Mauritius, flying a WWII - plane myself in Orlando/Florida, cruising on the beach with a Hummer, visiting Santa Claus in Rovaniemi/Finland, jumping down 12m in a black hole in Ötz/Austria (Canyoning), participating in a Harry Potter LARP in a marvelous castle in Poland (see college of wizardry)... guess I can tell some more stories, once you meet me ;), diving with sharks in Mauritius

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Teach: I can teach waterskiing and wakeboarding as well as a bit of Salsa and drumming ;)
Learn: I am learning to play the drums and dancing salsa at the moment...so help me improve it!
Share: I am willing to share everything I know about Germany, languages, cultures, sports, etc...
