About Me

At the moment, I'm traveling quite a bit in Australia and the general area -loving life, exploring and looking for new places to be, meet people and working on some new creative projects in music, film and theater. I'm ninth of ten children in my family and have quite a good time with most people. I know when to be fairly invisible, and when to be of service in a home. I'm pretty good in groups with all ages and feel pretty comfortable in most home situations. I've managed properties, events spaces and have worked in all sorts of social environments. I'm a pretty good and resourceful house guest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people and connect with new friends while traveling and i appreciate the opportunity to save a bit of money so i can stretch my finances a bit further.

Interests

Dancing, singing, playing games, watching movies, cooking and eating. i make a mean paella and love to create my own writing, paintings, media, theatre and music. Love singing and having sing-a-longs when people are open to it... hiking, biking, museums, hanging out at the ocean.

Music, Movies, and Books

most plays, philosophy, books on relationships (Hendricks, Deida, things like that...), going to the opera, sappy love stories from the 80's, Bill Bryson

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I started a nonprofit arts festival in Colorado that is turning 11 years old in 2015.

Teach, Learn, Share

most arts, work with children very well, music, dance, play, i love to learn languages and the nuances between accents and styles. I'm pretty good at writing song parodies in different languages and cultures, mostly for fun.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm extremely resourceful, i have worked on most areas of a household, built houses, worked on cars, i'm a pretty healthy and physically able handyman... i've had lots of experience with college level counseling and teaching so i tend to be a pretty good sounding board for personal development. Yes, you can! (i'm pretty optimistic, in general)
