I am a world traveler, yogi, artist, and tango dancer that loves to explore new places and meet new people. In Dallas I own a large yoga center with four studios and an attached holistic wellness center. I follow my passion in life and love to help others do the same.

When traveling we open to the flow and therefore I feel that by hosting I stay connected to the flow.

Travelled to East Berlin by myself as a young teenager before the wall came down.

It is hard for me not to share my passion for yoga, dance, art and life. Much of my life I have taught yoga. And I will always be learning!
