About Me

After living in the Panamanian jungle for 7 months helping to construct a sustainable community, I'm finally back on the road!

I'm an Aussie abroad whose been out of the country for more than a year now - studying in Mexico, working in Panama and backpacking through Central America.

Instead of reading a blurb about me, let's sit down and talk! That's the real human connection.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here because I appreciate the beauty and trust that comes with opening up your home to complete strangers.

The best way to know about a city, town or country intimately and on a more personal level, is to put a face to it. I think CS provides the best opportunity to connect with the people and the stories that make up the places I travel to - and that's an incredible opportunity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and worked at Kalu Yala, a community in the Panamanian jungle that is attempting to build the world's most modern sustainable town. I met my second family there, learned intensely about the impact I had on the environment and grew ten-fold as a person and as a good community member.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would absolutely love to teach some photography basics although I'm self-taught myself. Otherwise I'm happy to talk about and demonstrate that infamous Aussie slang ;)

I am currently learning Spanish and would love someone to practice with - I take a lot of joy in learning the slang from different Latin-American countries.

Let's share the epic photos that we've taken and exchange the wackiest, funniest and realest stories we both have to offer. I've been told that I'm a good listener!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share about my life project, "The Human Condition", to explore and uncover the inherent interconnection we all have as humans. I want to offer a platform for your story to be heard and my presence as someone who is genuinely interested in who you are and your narrative.
