For years I've been dreaming about building a campervan from scratch and travel Europe with it. And after almost three years of working, saving and building the time has come that I'm actually living my dream!

I've left my home half May and driven through france into spain and will be going to Portugal next. In the last weeks I've already met some amazing people and had to overcome some struggles so it's already a trip worth the effort and I'm sure there is so much more to come!

Since I have a van and a place to sleep I'm on CS to meet people and find new connections. However I love to crash on a couch and experience the local living.

The building of the van was a trip and a great experience in itself so if someone needs some help building a van, tiny home or other cool project I would gladly help out.

One of the goals of my trip is to become a better builder. So through workaway and couchsurfing I'm looking for projects that need some extra hands.

I also want to learn to surf. I've surfed for six weeks a few years ago so I'll probably need some training. I'm planning on buying my own board, so if anyone could help me choosing the right one that would be super helpful.
