ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing friendly southern gentleman who accepts people for who they are. I have traveled a great deal and enjoy embracing new cultures/ideas. I am a FOODIE... used to work in F&B, hotels, restaurants, resorts.. was a chef/kitchen manager for about 10 years in Austin/ Athens GA/ Atlanta.
Became a part time caddie in 2002, and took the show on the road in 2006. I have been working professional events on the major mens tours since then.
I am not married nor do I have any children, and my job keeps me on the road most of the year (35+weeks) I want to learn about people, my planet, and to protect what we have for the generations to come. Lets make this Place BETTER!

Live and Let Live... and enjoy the life.. the life is only one. Experience everything you can, you only get one chance!! I was born to caddie for great players, i am lucky, i love what I do and i do what I love. What can I bring to people to let them live more enjoyably?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I need to do more. Basically I travel and meet people and touch the lives of volunteers, children, and my elders through the great game of Golf. With the PGA Tour, caddies and players alike have generated tens of millions of dollars through charities to help those in need worldwide, and in fact many players and caddies have started their own philanthropic organizations.
Golf teaches structure, values, self discipline, motivation, and athletic ability, helping the youth it touches to become stronger, healthier, more grounded, honest, and overall better citizens of their communities. i want to travel the world bringing these virtues, values, and ideals to bear fruit in the lives of other people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no official couchsurfing experience... however, my daddy was a bass player in a rock n roll band until I was 12, so couches (many strange couches) are somewhat of a forte of mine! As a caddie, and Friend, with no official residence for nearly 5 years, I have crashed many a night on a couch or airmattress chair or floor. In my downtime, I have been residing on my best friends couch in Atlanta. He usually makes me trade time on his couch for my culinary expertise!!

I am addicted to Dramatic movies, that portray some facet of life. I embrace all forms of music, providing it sheds some positive light on the culture it represents (No Gangsta Rap). I don't read much anymore, but I prefer insightful literature, eg, Pat Conroy, James Clavell... oh and true crime... fascinating what people will do.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Well, i have some pretty cool golf stories but...
Once, just before my Daddy died, my family and I went to new York on Vacation. We stayed in my very close friends apartment off 6th and Broome St in SOHO (for free... that is amazing) and we touristed and ate and had some real quality time together (tears). Well my Mom was a receptionist for a new york Life Insurance Agent in Mississippi, so we got to tour the NYL building in Manhattan.
Long story short, we were able to get ON TOP of the building OUTSIDE, and let me tell you.. the view from there overlooking NYC in 360 panorama... now that was something truly amazing. later that I night I was sitting on Martha's fire escape smoking a cigarette and gazing at the World Trade Center Twin Towers... and 2 months later they were gone... i will never forget that moment as long as I live and breathe.
