I might be a little geeky and introspective at times, but I really love to laugh and live the moment as much as possible. Love to meet new people and make new friends. Really love the saying that there are no strangers.. only friends that have not yet met. Truly believe that we all have something to share.

PHILOSOPHY

Try to think beyond yourself as much as possible and see that every person that you meet and have not yet met has an amazing story to tell that is just as full and colorful and complicated and crazy as your own. We can only hope to truly experience all that life has to offer. Never put any limits or second guess on what you can achieve.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We love to spread the word about couchsurfing to all our friends, coworkers, and anyone who hasn't heard about this wonderful website/project. And, we love to encourage others to get involved and become hosts and surfers to continue to build this exciting community.

As a co-owner of a coworking/shared office in Chinatown, Los Angeles, I also love to have couchsurfers stop by to use our space as a hub where they can take a break from exploring, connect to wifi and check email or a map for their next destination, or just hang out before heading out again. Close to Union Station in downtown, I like to tell our couchsurfers to come meet me here as it is a convenient place to connect.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've loved hosting many couchsurfers here in Los Angeles and even have had some repeat visitors. We've also had the opportunity to travel as couchsurfers too and continue to enjoy the cultural exchanges, friendships, and new and different things we learn every day.

Love science fiction as much as I love historical dramas and any well-acted, well written movie that allows you to get caught up in its reality for 2 hours. Love music from all over the map.. classical to jazz to world music to bubble-gum 80's.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Probably the most thrilling and personally challenging thing I've done is jump out of an airplane on my 21st birthday. Was supposed to be a big plane where you walk out the back and jump.. but there was a problem with that plane so ended up being a tiny airplane that required that you crawl out onto the wing strut and let go. It was scary and amazing!
