ABOUT ME

I am 22, and really love to be active and see new places. I lived in California for most of my life, both in NorCal and in San Diego, and lived in Dunedin, New Zealand for 6 months in 2012. I met people there who were keen to teach me alot of things, and it really nurtured my love for the outdoors. Every week i rock climbed and surfed multiple times, and every weekend was either a climbing or backpacking trip. Now i live back in San Diego, and still do many of the same things here weekly. I love Jesus, but not a fan of how christians today in America represent him (actually it sickens me), and I am very open to new ideas. I love talking to people, as I end up learning so much.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a small apartment with 7 people, which is why I cant host (i personally am in a triple room), but love meeting new people and my family and I host alot of people back home in the San Francisco bay area. It seems that every week they have people at the house

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed all over New Zealand, and have done it with my family growing up, but never through this organization. I love meeting new people and seeing how they live their lives, as everyone has different priorites

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Best experience ive had in my short life is traveling all around New Zealand for 6 months. I hitchedhiked for 12 days to start the trip, and finished it with a 3 week hitchhike journey. I met so many great people and learned so many great things.
