About Me
Wazzzzup!
Officially - Hello.
I am Dawid, living in Poland. My life's revolves around Poznań, but being precise, I live in Kórnik (20 minutes from Poznań).
In general, I'm student, but I dropped out studying :D Decided to do far-reaching changes, finally do something amazing, feel free and happy. I'm going back to university on October (faculty of journalism).
Additionally - working as an office guy (doing some stuff around pappers, selling management and so on), playing music in my band (Eliptic Time Machine!), dreaming about releasing demo or EP (this summer!) and watching football games (COME ON YOU, SPURS!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mostly becouse of my amazing friend, who has experienced a lot of good stuff thanks to that site and people from there.
I have allready started doing some serious trips (ok, one for now but next are coming), and as I guess, CS is very helpfull - not only in finding place to sleep, but the idea is much more excellent - I would like to meet people from the places I reach. Speak different languages, discover different places from many sides, discover the World, and finally - discover other people. The biggest discover, that human can achieve.
As a host - oh well mate, we can make an amazing tour around my cities that you totally wouldn't forget (unless you get drunk or stoned xD). It's a huge pleasure for me to show places, landmarks etc. in Poznań, Kórnik etc.
Interests
I felt in love with music and guitar, so thats most of my interests :) I also enjoy with discussions about politics, video games, world, music and so on. Footbal FTW
But in general, I try to discover and learn as much as I can, so it is possible to say that I'm interested in everything :)
I love people with passion, so if you are freak/fan of anything, it would be awesome if you could share it with me. Your experiences, ideas, jokes and anything.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love many genres of music, but mostly, rock music. I love guitar riffs, drums and so on. For example, I am a huge fan of Foo Fighers, Iron Maiden and Deep Purple, but I also like listen to some rap music, industrial, classical, indie or alternative (Nine Inch Nails, best thing which happened to me during last couple years). You can rather meet me at concert, than at the university.
Regarding books, I like ''The Godfather'' by Mario Puzo, same goes with films. I am also a huge fan of Star Wars series, books and films. I also enjoy with some stuff contected with politics or history of anything. There are a few polish authors, that wrote amazing stuff about the second world war (yep, that history period is my fav).
What else? Books made by journalists, who travelled. Ryszard Kapuściński & Oriana Fellaci. Two gods of this kind.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first (and not last, I hope) hitchhiking trip. With my friend, we went from Poznań to Comacchio in Italy. After days of parties, we went on a road around the Italy. We saw Rimini, San Marino, south of Italy, Rome, Florence (my best place ever us xD) and Venice. Whole time with backpacks, without place to sleep, using a tent every night. Amazing, but comprehensive.
Do you know that huge mountain in San Marino? That mountain with medieval castles on that.
Yes, that mountain whose half of building are monuments of UNESCO.
Yes, we slept on a top of it in a tent.
God thank you, that there were no police xd
Teach, Learn, Share
I can show you how to play guitar a little bit c: or we can go take some photos.
And, what is obvious, learning POLISH
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would like to hang for a beer/coffe/anything to eat or drink in Poznan, during your visit. It is possible to use me as a small tourist guide in Poznan/Kórnik if you like :)
For now, it is quite impossible for me to host anyone at my home for over than 1 day. But if I have time right now, I guess you can spend one night in my place.
