About Me
Good-natured, easygoing, open-minded and with a positive attitude to life.
Vagabond soul, tourist and hitch-hiker, curious about people and places.
Devout Linux user. Systems/server administrator by profession.
As of late: also a husband.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I fell in love with the idea of CS in 2012 when I first met Couchsurfers in Belgrade, Serbia. Then I had to change flats, which, under the terms with the owner, made me incapable of hosting other people, so I became inactive, only to reactivate my account recently.

Music, Movies, and Books
Great fan of Creative Commons-licenced music!
I enjoy *good* music despite of the genre but my main field of interest is rock in all its forms spanning from things verging on pop to rather heavy stuff.
As for books - fantasy is my absolute favourite. Tolkien and Pratchett - names speak for themselves. Also used to read Forgotten Realms books in the past.
'Into the Wild' by Jon Krakauer (non-fiction book and the movie based on it) has lately become a great inspiration for me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitch-hiked alone from Kraków, Poland, to Rome, Italy, as a birthday surprise for my friend, who was doing her Erasmus exchange there. Crazy but turned out a great success :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Lots of inspiring hitch-hiking stories! :)
