I love to move my body with yoga, running, walking and dancing.
I run well-being retreats in Spain, which utilizes my skills as a yoga instructor, life coach, reiki master, and reflexologist.
I'm an entrepreneur who loves to travel the world; meeting new people; eating tasty food; walking and running in beautiful locations.
My passion is to help others to live the balanced, healthy and happy life of their dreams.
