CURRENT MISSION

2015 is my year of travel, right now I'm planning. I leave in 2 weeks for a 10 month trip that includes Europe, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and a few more stops.

ABOUT ME

I am DawnRae. I find it hard to talk about myself but this is what I have been told: I have a bold personality, a strong creative side, and a distinctively different viewpoint of life (compared to the average girl from the US). Im at my best when Im busy trying new things and surrounded by friends (old and new). I am easily adaptable and try to improve myself daily. I have experienced more ups and downs of life then most, but I learn, adjust and enjoy. Everyday is a chance for me to live life to its fullest potential.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After finishing 2 years at a "traditional cooperate" job and ending an important relationship, I came to the realization that there was much more I wanted to before I will be ready to settle down. One of those things being TRAVEL. I am dedicating 2015 as my year to explore the world and am planning accordingly.

The list of movies, music and books I don't like is much shorter. I love the classics but finding new stuff is just as exciting.

Putting my bucket list into action. It was easy to daydream about things I would do 'someday' and put together a list of 150 but each time I check something off the list I feel the same as fear and exhilaration as the first (which was getting my first tattoo).

Im a Jack-of-all-Trades, a master of few. I can teach and share the basics of a lot but I prefer to learn others.
