Hi there, we are a retired couple living in a beautiful small town bush retreat, that is 2 hours from Melbourne. We love to travel and are planning a big trip around Canada later this year. We are happy to host and love meeting travelers. Our gorgeous little town is surrounded by mountains and bush.

We love listening and playing music and Ken has worked for many years as a Music Therapist. Julie is a retired teacher who has traveled the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Julie spent many years as a young adult travelling the world and now as a retired teacher is excited to travel again.
Our youngest daughter has now left home and we have a spare room to offer to travelers. Our eldest daughter spent many years telling us stories of her couch surfing adventures and we look forward to creating some of our own.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We have a spare bedroom in our cosy home in the bush. Very comfortable double bed and we are willing to pick any travelers up from the train station in Moe. We would love to show off the beautiful area that we live in and are happy to drive people around.
