Overview
About Me
I'm a fun, open and honest organic farmer. I love hunting for mushrooms, visiting pretty much any kind of farm or botanical garden, cooking with friends, and getting into trouble with new friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Nick and I hosted 1 couple from France a couple of years ago -- it was lovely! Since then I've had the pleasure of staying with incredible folks from Iowa to Kansas to Texas to North Carolina! We look forward to hosting more travelers on our farm in the beautiful Driftless area of MN.

Music, Movies, and Books
Currently delving into pastured pig, agroforestry, edible forest garden, and permaculture manuals. But I also spend my fair share of time reading mystery/thriller novels and nonfiction books about mushrooms, salt, sacred economics, etc.!.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My husband and I took an amazing motorcycle trip through the central highlands of Vietnam to visit farms and villages. That. Was. Awesome.
Teach, Learn, Share
Gardening. Delicious kale smoothies. Basic knitting. Pig farming.
Would love to learn how to weld, fix small gas engines, train dogs.
What I Can Share with Hosts
