ABOUT ME
People tell me I am friendly, welcoming and easy to get to know. I love eating, art, exploring the outdoors, being introduced to new perspectives, exploring new ideas, touching the earth as often as possible and just being.
A few ground rules for guests:
1) Please provide me with at least 2 weeks advance notice as I have a hectic work schedule and want to ensure there is time for me to work around it and make sure my flat is clean!
2) If I accept your request please try to confirm my acceptance within 4 days or I will assume you no longer need a place and will decline your request.
3) Please contact me at least 2 days before your arrival to confirm logistics (what time you will be in Los Angeles; how I can reach you, etc.). I understand Wi-Fi is not always close by, but it is difficult to re-arrange my own plans at the last minute to accommodate your sudden arrival time.
3) I enjoy meeting new people, which is why I host, but please understand it is also requires a lot of work. If you also see couch surfing as a way to make connections, then great! If you just need a place to stay while you are in town for a concert, please keep looking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I grew up hearing many different languages around me. I've always loved the idea of connecting with someone half-way across the world, breaking down barriers and discovering how much larger yet intimate our lives can be.
Interests
In my free time I enjoy practicing Ashtanga yoga, cooking, visiting farmers markets, hiking, road-tripping, meditation and reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know if it is "amazing", but one of my fondest experiences is going to a monastery in Thailand and spending an evening shivering on a mountain with other guests listening to them take turns asking the fundamental questions in life - "how do I help my sick mother" "why are we alive" "what should I do with my life" while sipping cups of homemade warm soy milk.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to like poetry! I can teach you some yoga and how to eat more healthy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer an air mattress in my small studio. It is a small space, but cozy!
Countries I’ve Visited
