About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn Spanish!

ABOUT ME

I am very tall and outgoing. I have two older sisters, and a dog named scooter who is the love of my life. Cant wait to meet new people always. I am extremely interested in Biology and most other sciences, but I have no idea what I am going to do for a living.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that I need to get some more life experience under my belt before I have a solid personal philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am studying abroad in Spain, and would love to meet people through surfing couches.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At this time I have not couch surfed yet. A lot of the people I have met while traveling/ studying abroad have been couch-surfing and hearing about their experiences made me want to try it. It seems like an excellent opportunity to meet new people and experience new places away from the tourist scene.

Interests

I love to longboard (skateboard), and go backpacking, mostly in the wildernesses in northern and central California. I play the bagpipes in a Pipes and Drums bad in the US, just learned to surf. I enjoyed studying.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read Issac Assimov, Ben Bova, Larry Niven, and most other famous Sci-Fi authors, Jack London is probably my favoite author. For music I like Classic Rock, and a lot of the underground hip-hop scene. I love to watch any and all types of movies, but not too often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I have done in my lifetime is volunteer while traveling in Mexico at a "Lions in Sight" eye-care clinic for 3 days. They had thousands of pairs of used glasses from the US, and they were there to dispense them among the locals. For me it was a completely new experience.
