About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world! And grow up, but not too much.
ABOUT ME
I'm student and traveler from the San Francisco Bay Area (California, USA). I studied Politics and Arabic at UCLA, but I'm doing my real learning here in Damascus. I've lived here for a year now. I love traveling and I really want to see the world. I've been on Couchsurfing.com for a couple of years and I'm really interested in meeting some new people and seeing some new things. My Arabic is getting better every day, but it seems to be replacing my Spanish. An unfortunate turn of events. No matter what the language though, I'm excited, outgoing, and very willing to try new things... like brains, stomach lining, and tongue all in the same night in Istanbul.
PHILOSOPHY
"I'd rather regret the things I have done than the things I haven't."
Those aren't my words, but I try to live by them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I watched a turtle come ashore to lay its eggs on a completely deserted beach in the Sultanate of Oman.
