Overview
About Me
We are a Brazilian couple that is slowly realizing the dream of traveling. We have already made a part of the "Camino de Santiago" and we loved the spirit of this journey, now we are traveling through Europe with few plans and a good vibe in the expectation of knowing and living experiences.
ABOUT HER:
I really enjoy learning and sharing. Graduated and worked as engineer, but few years ago I started to study about sustainability and natural therapies and nowadays I work with it.
I believe that relationships and socializing with different people can be a good opportunity to learn and become a better human being. It is good to know different ways of thinking and life experiences.
Since I became vegan, started too enjoy cooking a lot.
Currently I speak naturally Portuguese and a little of English and Spanish. Hope starting to learn French and Mandarin languages son.
As a trekking lover, I felt in love with the Camino de Santiago.
Already had dogs. They were a wonderful company and I miss them.
I prefer activities during the day rather than night.
ABOUT HIM:
Since when I was young I venture myself into trekking, trips through Brazil and some countries. Photography lover, I watch the moments and take pictures with my eyes, when I can't resist, register with the camera too.
I've done some trips that I'm proud of, but I'm still looking for great adventure of a lifetime.
I work with technology, but I confess that my dream is to work with travel and adventure journalism or something of the kind that involves using a passport, a camera and a notebook.
In Brazil, I organize tours that allow me talking people to with no experiences to the fascinating places of our nature. In fact, if you want to know Brazil, talk to me. Maybe I can help.
I love good conversation, a moderate beer and walks to anywhere.
In my backpack there is always a camera, a Swiss Army Knife and a flashlight.
Vegetarian since I was a teenager and I love the vegan diet, although I still have difficulty applying it every day.
PHILOSOPHY
- The decisions we do not make, let others decide for us. Everything is our choice.
- The only immutable thing is that everything changes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because seems to be an amazing tool to meet interesante people and places together.
Interests
Not wanting to be repetitive, everyone should say the same, but the dream of traveling, meeting people and cultures is what motivates me. As the great Sebastião Salgado said once, "in such a big world, it is fascinating to meet people from so many cultures and beliefs that are so different from ours and realize that they all share the same basic and simple desire. To be happy."
