我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My first couchsurfing experience was in San Francisco staying with amazing couple and their dachshund. I've only surfed so far but am looking forward to be a host myself.

I love the open trust and human connection. I love swapping stories and expanding my world view through the experiences of others.

My music interests are extensive and change with my mood - generally they trend towards happy and upbeat, nature sounds, jazz, classical, etc. Lately I've been listening to a lot of podcasts. My favorites are NPR's TED Radio Hour, A Way With Words, This American Life, Stuff Mom Never Told You, and Freakonomics.

I lived in Turkey for a year in 1999/2000 and traveled all over the surrounding area. We were there one week when a 7.6 magnitude earthquake hit.
