Hello,
I am Darren Chew. Originally from New York but currently living in Boston, Massachusetts for graduate school. My mom was born in Jamaica and my Dad was born in China so I have a very multicultural background. I am as easy going as you can imagine. I am very fond of meeting people and finding common ground between us. I am a very self-sufficient and accommodating person. I played basketball at my university for 4 years and am very passionate about sports and athletics. I started traveling 2 years ago and have been to 12 countries so far. I am a self-taught novice photographer and would love some help if any of you guys are good. I am couch surfing mostly because of the amazing experiences that I have had with locals thus far. Meeting people and interacting with them has been astounding for me. I have learned more from this than any textbook will ever teach me. Also, I am a college student and love traveling but unfortunately I do not have much money to travel. Being able to travel as cheap as possible will allow me to see more of the world without compromising my budget.
