ABOUT ME

I am an aspiring artist and film-maker. I have all always been drawing and painting, so being an artist is the only thing that feels natural. I currently study in Oberlin College in Ohio, America, and just finished a semester abroad in Siena, Italy. Siena was a small city but a great place to learn about the history of art and painting. Tuscany and Italy are very inspiring places and I loved studying there a lot.

Our minds create our conscious experience of the world, and therefore we have some control over our experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travel has been an important part of my growth as a person. I like to use couch surfing to get a more authentic and whole idea about what a place and its people are like. In return I like to share my own experience and see the connections between different places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently had my first couch surfing experience in Turin, Italy, with Ian. It was a fantastic experience. He showed me all around the city and had a lot to tell me about its history.

Interests

Remaking a piece of artwork into my own, cooking, experimental music and video, oil painting, Cezanne, Simone Martini, Leonardo da Vinci, Odilon Redon, beer, ocean waves and mountains.
