I'm heading to Portugal in June and would like to learn a little Portugese before I arrive. -After the trip I'll probably go back to studying Spanish.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Years ago when I lived in NYC I used to host a fair amount but had to stop when I moved because of constant construction where I live now. I've been off Couchsurfing for a few years while busy with other things but am looking to become more active again.

Interessen

I spend most of my waking hours outside and enjoy rock climbing, hiking, and paddling but as much as I love the outdoors I also like to go out to festivals, events, and bars.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The most recent that comes to mind was swimming in bioluminescent waters in a dark night in rural coastal Yucatan. It was like being covered in blue fireflies and swimming in clouds of glowing blue smoke!
