I read science fiction for fun but I'm also interested in reading post-colonial counter-narratives. Favourite book: "Perdido Street Station" by China Mieville.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As an advocate for the arts, I facilitate workshops where students learn appreciation for the arts and heritage of Malaysia. In my work, I have brought traditional Malaysian performing artists to schools to perform Wayang Kulit and Mak Yong for the children to connect with their cultural and creative roots as Malaysians.
