About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I love life and want to learn about yours

ABOUT ME

I am one of those strange people who LOVES looking at other people's travel photos for hours. I love the crazy stories that always happen on the road and am always ready for the adventure living on the road gives you. If you need a couch or just need a cup of java let me know.

PHILOSOPHY

I really feel that being the black sheep in the family has always made me seem different. But when I travel I feel comfortable and I think its because I realized that tons of travelers are also black sheeps and when we are all together in the world and get together we feel better. Or at least I do. As soon as I found out about Couchsurfing I knew the people would be incredible. And I haven't been disapointed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will begin this summer when I travel for a month through Germany and Poland. I hope to stay with couch surfers for the whole trip. I really want to learn about different cultures and food.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Soon enough....I have already emailed and some great people have responded. I'm so excited to meet as many people as possible.

Interests

Of course I love to travel. I was an organizer of a food club and I have met so many interesting people through it......that's how I found out about Couchsurfing!I also love to read and walk. I have a lot of interests....tooo many to type.

Music, Movies, and Books

At night I love to read cook books.....I know it sounds strange but that's me. I love reading about food and the people who make it. I, of course I love to read about travels too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bathing elephants in Northern Thailand has to be up on the list, RIGHT? I also enjoyed working as a remote area volunteer in Nicaragua and eating off the streets. I also loved hiking in the Tatra Mountains one summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to share my time with people who have an open view to the world around them. I don't have to agree with you on everything (or anything) but I want to be respectful of your ideas and have you do the same.

Countries I’ve Visited
