My life has 2 parts: Before I discover travelling and after that.
Shortly: When I got job and when I started to earn, I started to travel a lot and in that moment my life has been changed drastically becuse I realised that you don't need a lot of money to discover the world, you just need good will. So, first I was travelling with my friends, gathering some experience and then I started to travel with people who I didn't know before, who were new for me and that fact opened my mind even more. In the summer of 2014 and 2015 I was hitchiking with my ex girlfriend around Europe and Turkey and it was so cool and crazy. After that I realized that I'm ready to travel alone and next step was to make bigger adventure - cycling from my hometown to Estonia which I did in the summer of 2016. After 2 months, 8 countries and 4000 km, I reached Tallinn and it was the biggest adventure in my life (till the next summer :) ) And then, next summer came and the decision was made: cycling from Atlantic coastline in France to the Black sea - 5000 km in 2 and a half months -summary: crazy journey with a lot of crazy things, beautiful sceneries and interesting people.
Next chapter of my life has begun in 2019. I realized that static way of living doesn't satisfy me anymore and that I have to make the biggest change in my life: to leave the comfort zone and to live dynamic life not to be connected with one location. So what does it mean in practice? Using WorkAway, I wanted to live and work in one country for some period of time, see how the locals live and learn about the country and culture from the local perspective. Then moving to other country and so on. Wait, I didn't tell you the best part: I don't travel alone. My best mate, my dog Vučka is always with me. So, on September 2019, we've turned on the engine of our car and left Croatia :)

Update Summer 2022: I am wild camping and exploring beautiful islands and peninsulas in the south: Hvar, Pelješac, Korčula & Mljet. Come and join me and let's rock!!!!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

For the first time I used couchsurfing in Brussels and Dresden in 2015 and it was very nice experience so I've decided that I also want to host people because couchsurfing is not just providing a place to sleep - it is a way to meet people and to learn from them.
