ABOUT ME

I'm a funloving, social person who likes to live life to the fullest. Right now I'm studying Strategic Communication at the University of Antwerp. I love new challenges and being creative (wich is something I miss in communication). That's why I am also taking a course to reupholster furniture. Everywhere I go, I'm always looking for nice vintage furniture for my apartment (I love to decorate). When I'm not running around like a buzzy bee, I go out with my friends to have a drink, to enjoy a nice meal and visit art galleries.
I absolutely love to travel. I'm planning to go to South America in a year or so. I've seen a lot of places in Europe, that's why I'd love to see some other continents as well!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In future time I would love to surf some couches all over the world. When possible I can also offer a place to sleep for people who'd love to see my lovely hometown, Antwerp.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had on experience at the moment. Hope that's going to change! When I visited Morocco, Casablanca, me and my friends stayed at the home of a family on vacation there (they owned a house). It was amazing to taste all the local foods and meet a culture that is so different to mine! I did get food poisening at the end, but it was a small price to pay for a lovely vacation!

Interests

I'm interested in art and life in general. I love to try new things because that's what makes life more interesting.
At home I read books, watch good tv-series and just join everything that looks fun. A local market, festivals, art exhibitions or even just hanging around in the park when the sun is shining.

Series attract me more that movies these days. My favorites: How I met your mother, The big bang theory, Scandal, The good wife...

I'm really not that picky when it comes to books, I'll read anything that seems even remotely interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There have been so many things that have made me the happiest person in the world. That's how I categorize things that are 'amazing'. I cried during the Mumford & sons concert at werchter last summer, I skied down of one of the most difficult black slopes in France all by myself, I visited a togaparty in Venice and have seen the most beautiful things in Lisbon.
