ABOUT ME
I am... Free! Or at least I try to be. That brings with it that my plans are mostly last minute, excuse me. I travel for now alone but I'm almost always with people so I guess I'm social. Social in a easy, uncomplicated way although I don't mind some deeper discussions at times (as a sociologist, of course). I don't like the typical, nor the commercial nor touristic stuff. But if necessary for the good atmosphere it's ok. I'm structured chaos, don't where I'm going or what I'm going to do, part of being young I guess, but without worries, all is good.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Traveling alone and cheap for a long time, soooo, perfect! I prefer going to a random city where I can hang out with a local rather than visiting some stuff anonymous.

Interessen

Wandering around, randomly. Exploring right now Asia-Oceania. And after that still a lot of places on my list. But I like to travel slowly, don't need to visit all the sightseeing spots, rather stay with locals. Get to know places.
Furthermore, music! Most important, need it. And I like it when others like my music. Should become a DJ but I'm too modest. Walking in nature. Reading complicated novels/classics. Having a drink with friends or getting drunk at decent parties. The usual!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: hiphop, triphop, dnb, techno, reggae, dub, afrobeat, indie, postrock, minimal, deephouse, jazz, soul and weird stuff.
Books: Novels (meaning more serious heavy stuff, classics).
Movies: A lot but don't send me to the next blockbuster... The world has much more to offer than Hollywood (although at times they make good movies of course).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I don't really look to my past in ways of moments, more periods. My student exchange in Barcelona was certainly a nice time. Festivals are always nice as well. Road trip through Croatia also. Walking in the Pyrenees. My student time in Ghent in general. Crossing the Atlantic in a sailing boat, chilling in Caribbeans, Colombia...
