ABOUT ME

I love hitch hiking. Its the best way to get to know a community. I love talking to locals, hearing what concerns they have, what passions they persue, and what's on their minds.
I love to talk about everything and am easy going in life. My mind is open to new ideas and concepts. I want to help you grow as a person, and for you to do the same for me!
I do handstands when I'm excited, I am a lover, a foodie, and always willing to try new things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am eager to help people with what ever their interests & passions are. If I can help you learn English in exchange for some phrases in your language- we will both be better off :-)

I host people when i can. I love last min requests as thats how i normally travel (via hitch hiking).

I try to participate in local cs events: traveller's circle, potlucks, ect.

i give rides to anyone i see with their thumb in the air when i drive.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept in numerous people places on my trips across country- mostly under the stars.
I have hitched from San Fran to Seattle, over to Montana, down to Utah. another time from Wisconsin- south carolina- new york- back. Most recently I went from Alaska to San Diego.
I surfed for a few nights in NYC backin '09 and discovered CS events!

Interessen

Art, Food, Movies, Hiking, Breathing, Yoga... My passion is snowboarding. In the summer months I get by with rock climbing & camping. I don't own a tv or a computer, and I rather participate than be a spectator:)
Let's start at a morning market, getting delicious locally grown veggies and seeing local art, go for a hike in the afternoon to see the mountains above and city below, and finish the day sharing stories in a circle.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The landscapes of the mountains and the pacific ocean, the sand dunes of Iraq, the city scape of Chicago, and the ithsmus of Madison have all left me awestruck:)

We give and we get. i hope you all will forgive me for my last minute couch surfing requests when hitch hiking- I can only promise that i will always take on last minute requests.
