Hello, I'm Amanda, nice to meet you!
I'm from São Paulo, but I live in Rio de Janeiro since 2018. I consider CS as a great opportunity to have a better cultural exchange meeting nice people 🌎

I consider myself a simple person, I like A LOT of things, meet new places and people, talk about different things, listen, and learn with people. Even being a little bit shy, I'm very friendly, respectful and empathetic, after "break the ice", we can talk about everything. 😃

I like to dance (randomly, even not being a good dancer, frequently I just dance in my mind) 🕺🏻, I also like to read 📖, travel 🚎, exercise or just relax and practice meditation 🧎🏻‍♀️, go to the theater, musicals and cultural stuff, handmade ceramics and crafts, pets (specially cats 😸), listen people's experiences and things that I don't know yet 🥸.

I love to eat and share food! Maybe we can learn/cook a recipe together, or share secret ingredients :)
I like to taste new flavors (especially desserts 🍰). I try to maintain a vegetarian diet, so I usually do not eat meat (not even fish or chicken), and I will always prefer vegetarian or vegan dishes. 🍝

I work during the week so I usually stay at home most part of the day and enjoy my free time at weekends. 👩🏻‍💻
I also travel frequently because of my jobs, that's why I'm not able to receive people as much as they want. 🤧
In my house I'm used to receive my family and friends. I don't have a lot of space, so we use an air matress, and everything goes well in the end.😊
Due to some situations, when I can host I accept only women, hope you understand.

Tim Burton's Movies, Cartoon Network old titles, anime (even not watching them too much now), stop-motion.

I don't have a favorite kind of movie or book. I like to try new titles. Reading the synopsis and new titles I liked a lot of books or movies that have nothing in common between them.

I listen more Brazilian songs (like MPB) or english songs, but I'd love to know and listen to your music too!

For my hosts or guests, I can cook something, share recipes or learn them. 🍴
- Share good humor, smiles and random topics to talk about (or only have quiet moments) 😊
- Try to teach some Portuguese words or expressions 💬

If I have time I can go with you to meet new places and discover the city and restaurants. If you like it, we can go to the beach 🏖️
