Overview
About Me
Creative, unorthodox, productive, mindful, deep, and genuine.
I’m an operations-oriented moral philosopher focused on healing the 'unhealable'.
Here's my website:

I'm nearing the end of writing a book-album—the first ever book to begin and end with music—about the moral evolution of consciousness, which lays out a new holistic foundation for personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal healing and growth.
I write experimental electronic music but am also play in an indie rock and hardcore punk band and am working on a piano album.
Fitness, health, and mindfulness are important to me – hiking, camping, meditating, breathwork, and lifting are all things I do regularly. I love deep conversations and can sustain them for a very long time, but am also okay with silence. Always expanding and learning and love meeting new people.
Life philosophy: Good is a noun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love immersing in different cultures, getting to know people who live in them, and experiencing them like a local. That is the most meaningful way to travel for me.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is Lila by Robert Pirsig.
My favorite show is Black Mirror.
My favorite movie is the Before Trilogy (Richard Linklater).
My favorite album right now is Never Were The Way She Was by Colin Stetson and Sarah Neufield.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked up the side of a massive Norwegian glacier by myself in the dark. Literally. But also metaphorically...
Teach, Learn, Share
I play drums, guitar, bass, piano, and modular software. All self-taught. I'm happy to teach you an instrument, mixing techniques, composition methods, etc. But I would prefer to jam and create music with you.
I will give you my honest and critical feedback on any projects you're working on or difficult life situations you are in.
What I Can Share with Hosts
An open mind, a listening ear, a dry sense of humor, great music you've never heard, and unique psychological, philosophical, and spiritual perspectives.
