ABOUT ME

Hey all you beautiful backpackers! My names Dean and I have given my entire 20's to slowly backpack the world, following the sunrise. My overly ambitious aim in life is to meet everyone and see everything. You only have one life and one world- so you might as well see it! Being stationery makes me feel awkward, I love to move continuously- the feelin of walking in new directions and discovering new experiences is the best adventure I could have. I'm a highly alternative individual with a lot of crazy stories and experiences that I'm always willing to share. I usually surprise people because I look practical and blend in, but what's beneath is what I strive for. I love the outdoors- a city is a city, they are beautiful in their own sense an full of culture, but I am a true earth lover and want to be a part of everything natural and the beauties and surprises it holds. I have an array of entertaining talents from playing violin/writing music to fire twirling to being a lover of all food. I ultimately want to settle down somewhere I feel I can call home and create a sustainable home open to all, away from society and amongst natural life. Im definitely a painful optimist- even if I'm slightly down, my brain can't help but to see the lighter side of everything. There's a lot I could place in here, however, anything else you'd like to know and I'm wiling to share, this is a place of respect and trust.

When surfing, I'm always happy to cook, clean, care for pets or kids and do anything for you in return for the stay that isn't financial. I've surfed some crazy places before and done some intriguing jobs- so don't think I can't help in any part of your life. I want to be a good guest and an even better friend.

Moved to great barrier reef on a whim and enjoyed a life of freedom and discovery of the sea.
My 21st Birthday Cosmic Psyho Event.
Hiked all throughout Alaska alone, camping the entire way.
Hitchhiking through Central America with my hammock, learnin. Spanish.
Snowboarding in Canada and Colorado and surfing in Mexico.
Completed my skydiving course in Australia.
