ABOUT ME

I'm a visual artist, graduate of an art academy in Slovakia currently living in Prague. I studied photography and new media, at the moment working with the mediums of intervention in public space, installation, photography, performance. I like to cook and I like good, healthy food. I travel a lot and I like to discover new, hidden places which might be overseen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I was studying I had more time to be able to host people, so first I had Couchsurfing mostly for 'caring & sharing'. At the moment I unfortunately don't have the possibility to host as I live in a small flat in Prague without any couch :-/ and I'm very often traveling. I hope now I can use Couchsurfing to be hosted : )

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted 10 different people in Bratislava and it was all good experiences. And I was hosted a few times in Stockholm and in Liverpool. I've been hosting people also outside of Couchsurfing. I really appreciate this network and opportunity.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have any most 'favorites' but I enjoy a lot the films of Aki Kaurismaki, David Lynch, Woody Allen, Jim Jarmusch and many other rather unknown directors. I prefer good music. I don't like just one specific genre, I enjoy listening to experimental music as well as classical or current folk music. Sometimes I enjoy listening to the sounds of the church bell or the tram, many sounds are interesting ; )
