Probably the most difficult or amazing thing I've ever done is run the 'stramilano' marathon in 25° heat. Which is no easy feat for an Irishman I'll tell you that. The most amazing thing I've ever seen was an opening performance at the 'Academia della carrara' in Bergamo. I stumbled upon it by chance with my daughter and that breathtaking stroke of luck will always stick with me and has a special place in my heart.

A warm place to stay, a warm welcome and a classic example of Irish hospitality, even if I do live in Italy. If you want to see the beautiful city of Bergamo I'm central and if you're into nightlife I'm more than happy to bring you along for a night of good craic!
