I love meet new people and seeing new places. My mind craves experiences which challenge it to extend its boundaries and see the world through others' eyes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably the most difficult or amazing thing I've ever done is run the 'stramilano' marathon in 25° heat. Which is no easy feat for an Irishman I'll tell you that. The most amazing thing I've ever seen was an opening performance at the 'Academia della carrara' in Bergamo. I stumbled upon it by chance with my daughter and that breathtaking stroke of luck will always stick with me and has a special place in my heart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to cook! Especially when a few glasses of wine/beer/vodka are on the table. I can help people with language. I really want to learn French!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A warm place to stay, a warm welcome and a classic example of Irish hospitality, even if I do live in Italy. If you want to see the beautiful city of Bergamo I'm central and if you're into nightlife I'm more than happy to bring you along for a night of good craic!
