Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing via a recommendation from a friend.

It sounds like an amazing experience to meet people from local areas and share ideas, conversations, food, & good times!

This is my first time on Couchsurfing but would love to extend the generosity when I return to Canada 😊

Interests

Outdoors: Kayaking, hiking through forests, climbing mountains, surfing, cliff jumping and anything that gets the adrenaline going!

Dancing: I may not be good but I love to dance whether that is traditional or modern dancing. If you are lucky, maybe I will bring out the little Latin dance that I know 😂

Basketball: I played basketball in highschool and would love to play some pick-up with anyone. Warning, I am 5'11" 🙄

Games: I am a game master. I once made a human-sized foosball table (see in profile pictures) and could not have been more happy about it. If you need to pass some time, I am sure to have a game to do just that.

Culture: It sounds cliché but I do love to hear people's traditions/history and see what daily life looks for other people. If you will have me, I would love to participate.

Music: Dance and top 40 but honestly if there is music on, I will be dancing either way 💃🏻

Movies: Anything that will make me laugh. I also love a good musical 😬

Books: Personal stories from people in the past who have survived and lived through extraordinary times (Ie. Pearl Harbour or Killing Fields in Cambodia)

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I'm a games person and always love teaching new and interesting games to people to spread the fun

Learn: I would love to learn Tagalog and any local traditions (including the local bar people like to go to 😉)
