Overview
About Me
I enjoy traveling (duh!), camping, hiking, swimming, and taking in good views. Right now, I live a pretty boring life in a smelly Houston suburb most of the time, so when I travel I take advantage of and appreciate every moment of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe in making the very most of my experiences and always embracing different perspectives. I find so much joy in the kindness of strangers- a smile and wave while walking the dog, a small conversation in line at the store, a deep conversation on a bus ride- these are the things that life is about. Couchsurfing seems like a beautiful extreme of the kindness we can all offer.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a fan of all types of music and instruments. Everything, even country. My favorite movies were all made in the 90's. My favorite books are House of Leaves By Mark Danielewski or The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut. Currently, slowly reading The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A lot of people have done this, but oh man was witnessing a total solar eclipse in a small Wyoming town such an amazing experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn interesting and new perspectives on life, I love hearing from people of different walks of life, and seeing things with new eyes. I find beauty in the mundane aspects of life. I live for metaphysical discussions and learning a new "out there" perspective or conspiracy theory! Something I can offer to teach is business consulting and financial/tax advise.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to interview any host willing to participate! I can offer a home-cooked meal, a tidier home, a new perspective, and kindness.
