ABOUT ME

I'm a graphic designer who moved from the battleship gray skies of the UK to sunny Sydney so that I can start living the dream. BBQ's, surfing and anything else that gets me outdoors is the way I live.

I enjoy eating out as well as hosting dinner parties, trying to replicate MasterChef recipes with varying degrees of success. I'd love to have a dog, but live in an apartment where they don't allow pets. I'm a pretty easy going and sociable guy, I've travelled a lot and enjoy sharing travel stories with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I regularly attend the weekly meet-ups and BBQ's. I also organise a weekly beach volleyball session.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only hosted 1 person so far and thought Id like to try and couch surf too. I met the CS group by coincidence (funny story, ask me) and have hung out with them ever since. Best bunch of people you could hope to meet.

Interests

I'm into outdoor sports and will try anything once, from bungee jumping to skydiving. Day to day I'm trying to surf but beyond that I try to keep fit by drinking beer..it's not really working as well as I would have hoped for though.
Otherwise I enjoy photography, design, quirky bars/places, snowboarding and of course travelling...oh yes and FOOD!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked the Machu Picchu trek, totally amazing place, sometimes when you travel you tend to see the same things over and over...MP is one of those places that jolts you back into the 'woooah' factor.
