My mission in life is to live in the moment and savour all the world has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing, friendly, adventurous, love meeting new people, love yoga, hiking, swimming, and taking advantage of the amazing city I live in - sometimes just a quiet stroll, a coffee on a patio, or dancing at a club.
I view life as "half full" all (most :) of the time. My friends view me as an extrovert, though I can be an introvert at times. I LOVE travelling and am never surprised at the lessons I learn each time I do !!

PHILOSOPHY

Yoga, hiking, camping, swimming, biking, having a coffee on a sunny patio, taking a quiet walk on the seawall, laying on the beach soaking up the sun, travelling to Seattle for a weekend, or planning a trip to another part of the world !!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Staying, eating, and being healthy both physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is my main goal in life. I surround myself with good people and concentrate on positive and healthy activities to enhance that goal.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started CouchSurfing in 2011 and look forward to meeting new people, but in Vancouver (by hosting) and in the world (during travelling).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living abroad in 2003 in the Palestinian Territories/Israel with Pharmaciens Sans Frontieres Humanitarian Mission was a life changing experience.
