Myself Debasis, presently staying in Bangalore and caged in cubicles, and which is why I take every opportunity I get to get out of this to see the new places and meet the new people and the colorful new cultures. Presently I am trying to explore as many places as possible in each part of India and I am sure soon I will be successful in my mission to make a year or years full of weekends in exploring the world.

I don't know what I did but I lived someone else's life for around 28 years and once I have been bitten by travel bug it seems the addiction keeps growing.
I don't smoke and don't enjoy drinking or partying unless in the rare occassion of a great company of friends.

I love peace, tranquility and that is the reason I mostly choose to stay away from crowded tourist spots and mad city life. So, I work in Bangalore but I hardly stay in it, I love to drive a car or ride a motorcycle, hiking, running, traveling, reading, exploring and trying to live my life on my terms. My profile will keep growing as I travel, explore and learn more.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

It's been a bit late but I discovered my true passion for travel, photography, adventure, and exploration. And when I have a world to explore, countries to visit and people to meet, what can be a better platform than Couchsurfing to do all of these things together. The idea of sharing resonates with my likings and which is the reason I am here.

My mission of exploring other countries in a row soon to be a reality and before that I would like to join the network of travelers and nothing networks the travelers better than Couchsurfing.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I drove along with a friend all the way from Stockholm to Jokkmokk and back in just over 2 and a half days. It was not less than a thriller when we decided to drive from Stockholm without knowing our destination and drive towards the north as much as possible in a completely different country which has a different driving style from where I drive in India. This after I lost my passport and had to catch a flight after 3 days of beginning my journey. We thought of stopping but not sure why we kept driving and ended up in a small town named Jokkmokk where we met a nice family who hosted us in a cold yet friendly town. I realised that day, our life becomes even more interesting and adventurous when we travel without knowing our destination...Isn't it?

I live with my wife and a year old baby happily.

We can guide, suggest and help every way possible as we would like to be treated in a place unknown. We can share the little adventures we had so far in our life and how an extrovert girls turns an introvert small-town guy into an avid traveller. The most important is that we can be good listener to your travel stories and adventures and this is the main reason we are in CS.
