Hey there,

my name is Debbie (23) from Germany - currently located in Sydney, Australia. I don't have an occupation nor a home in terms of being able to address just one job or place I would relate myself to.

I studied 4 years Digital Media Bachelor of Science in Bremen, Germany and one semester MultiMediaArt with a focus on photography, essay film and design in Salzburg, Austria. I worked in a laboratory, in a callcenter, did door knocking and cleaning, organised childrens birthdays at a ice skating venue and worked as an airbrush tattoo artist whilst finding out what I want to do in this life. Meanwhile I collected a lot of stories, friends, artworks and pictures which make me most of all an artist who's main purpose is to learn and observe.

I do not dare to call myself a traveller, because I truly believe that some people could do the same trip to the same place every year again and again and be more of a 'traveller' than someone who's basically ticking every country and makes a selfie in front of a well-known skyscraper.

While I was travelling Australia I stayed one night in a hostel - a hundred nights with Couchsurfers who became my friends. I had a great time and I love to meet new people more than wasting a lot of energy, money and time in doing what everyone is doing.
