I love the depth of the soul and guiding people back to their essence.
Really love to deepen my spiritual practice with a conscious healthy& mindfull lifestyle.
Also love to express myself through (ecstatic) dance, nowadays learning how to dance Zouk :), yoga, playing a bit of guitar and love to cook and host people for conscious connection gatherings.

At the moment reading Brené Brown's "Braving the Wilderness". Absolutely love the depth in this.
And Ina May's Guide to Childbirth for my study as a doula.
