ABOUT ME

€œI am in the constant process of recognising and letting go of false concepts I have about myself, others and the world. This journey of letting go is often testing to the point of shattering, I have systematically broken down every bit of security I previously relied on, this isn't self destructive though, unfortunately most people who knew me previously probably think it is. It is a test that I am putting myself through, a test in attachment and letting go. Standing by the truth of my convictions and looking to nourish my Soul and my Spirit rather than just gratifying my body. Then I realise this is just another layer of ego and I am shown my utter foolishness again. With new found humility I get up very slowly and precisely and then walk eyes slightly cast down. I realise I am nothing as we all are and yet we are consciousness of God made manifest on Earth. And so the pendulum swings between the various polarities of our mind and the dualities of this universe - somehow I manage to step away from the pendulum and just stand back silently observing the perpetual motion swinging backwards and forwards and backwards and forwards. I know I will drift to sleep in a state of balance and understanding only to wake again with feelings of confusion, fear and being alone. This continues for me day by day, a little more refined understanding, another layer peeled away. This is the only part of my life I cannot share with anyone, the process of realising the true magnitude of my shame and then finding ways to heal that shame and releasing it. Maybe one day I will write the experience of my process in a concise understandable form in the hope that it may be of help to others on their journey”
